Consumer Brands & CPG
Build brands, not spreadsheets.
Brands lose time and margin to launch coordination, retailer order admin, and inventory that's always a step behind.
We find the operational work between product development and shelf, rebuild it inside your ERP and retail tools, and keep it running so your brand stays agile.
The math
6 weeks
typical lead time to get one new SKU live across retailers
A launch means setting up SKUs, filling out each retailer's item form, coordinating assets, and reconciling orders across channels. Most of that six weeks is admin, not product.

Where the hours go
The ops work slowing launches down.
Launch coordination
Product launches managed across email where timelines slip and retailers get the wrong SKUs.
Retailer order management
Orders from every channel processed manually, where errors compound and margins shrink.
Inventory forecasting
Demand planning done in spreadsheets that can't see what's actually selling.
Promotion tracking
Trade spend and promo performance tracked by hand, where ROI comes too late to adjust.

From the field
6 wks → 9 days
new SKU to shelf-ready
A DTC-plus-wholesale food brand
Each new product required the ops lead to fill separate item-setup forms for four retailers, then manually reconcile POs arriving through SPS Commerce against inventory in Cin7. Errors surfaced only when a retailer chargeback landed.
The result: SKU setup across all retailers dropped from 6 weeks to 9 days, and PO reconciliation errors stopped reaching chargebacks.

Questions
What consumer brands & cpg teams usually ask.
- Every retailer has its own portal and item form. Do you handle all of them?
- Yes, that fragmentation is the point. We map each retailer's requirements once and generate their item setup from your master product data, so you maintain one source instead of four portals.
- Our demand forecasting is just gut feel and a spreadsheet. Where do you start?
- We start by pulling actual sell-through from every channel into one place, which is usually the missing piece. From there the forecast can be as simple or as modeled as you want, but at least it's based on real data.
- What happens during our peak season when volume triples?
- Automated workflows don't care about volume, and that's their advantage. The same setup that handles a slow week handles Q4 without extra headcount, which is exactly when the manual version breaks.
