Before you call

Mostly by how many departments you want covered and how hands-on you want us. Entry covers one department with async guidance. Embedded puts a consultant in your monthly rhythm across up to five. Enterprise goes senior-led with dedicated build capacity across the whole org. Stuck between two? Start smaller. Upgrading takes one conversation, not a new contract.

The subscription buys the platform: your live workflow map, a priced roadmap of what to fix, and a concierge that answers from your own approved procedures. Fixing something is a separate decision. Projects and tasks are priced in time and money and you approve each one before it starts.

Monthly plans run a 4-month minimum, then roll month to month. Pay annually and you get two months free, which is where the $25,000 and $50,000 numbers come from. Enterprise is annual only, priced on a call. Projects and tasks are billed separately, each priced before you commit.
