What you'll be doing

Project execution. Design and build workflow solutions to scoped objectives.
Lifecycle management. Own the build from design through integration, including connections to existing systems and tools.

Workflow automations across marketing, finance, operations, sales, product, and HR
System integrations between your client's tools (HubSpot to Slack, Airtable to NetSuite, Stripe to Xero, plus dozens more)
Custom dashboards and reporting layers
Data architecture inside Airtable, HubSpot, NetSuite, and the rest of your client's stack
AI-powered agentic workflows
Client portals and real-time team interfaces

Requirements

Strong foundation in Airtable
Working knowledge of at least four additional no-code platforms (Make, Zapier, Glide, and others like Bubble, Retool, or n8n)
AI literate across Claude and OpenAI
Problem-solving mindset and clear written communication

Preferred

Airtable Builder Certification
Anthropic Claude certifications (Building with the Claude API, Claude Code in Action)
Experience with workflow design or process optimization
