• Strategy design. Create operations roadmaps, integration strategies, and ROI models.

• Project oversight. Guide the workflow builders during implementation to ensure strategic alignment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in workflow or process design and automation strategy
• Strong stakeholder management and executive presence
• Working knowledge of AI agents and LLM-powered automation
• Knowledge of no-code platforms (Airtable, Make, Zapier, Glide)
• Problem-solving mindset and excellent written communication

Preferred

• Anthropic Claude certifications (Building with the Claude API, Claude Code in Action)
